Bee and Wasp Sting Skin Rash Treatment Home Remedy

Bees and wasp stings are generally painful, but not dangerous. The general symptoms of a bee or wasp sting are pain, swelling, itching, redness, skin hives and local infection.

Treatment – First Aid – Antidote – Home Remedy

  • If the affected spot / swelling is not yet rubbed, the sting is perhaps still visible. If you see the sting, you can remove that by niddle or pressing the flesh around it. Do not try touch the sting by fingers. It is quite possible that a small pocket of poison is still under the skin.
  • If you don’t see the sting, try putting ice at the affected area. The swelling will normally reduce after a couple hour. If the swelling has not disappeared even after a day , please consult your doctor.
  • Wash the affected area where the wasp or bee stung by soap and cold water. Dry it gently with a paper napkin.
  • Apply a topical hydrocortisone cream on swelling to reduce allergic reaction.
  • Or take a cotton ball and apply vinegar (white or apple) or pickle juice or lemon juice to the area. This will help in reducing swelling.

Precautions to take

You can do a number of things prevent that you are put by or a wasp:

  • If you are surrounded by swarm wasps or bees, make slow movements. Fast movements make them aggresive due to that they which will attack you.
  • Never ty to slap bees or wasp nest and do not throw anything at them – they will attack immediately.
  • Be careful if you are outside with drinks in hand
  • Avoid to outside if you have use scented cremes and strong fragrances or perfumes (This applies to insects too)
  • Close all windows of your house
  • Call experts to take off the nest. Do not try do this yourself

Bee and wasp sting allergy – Allergic response

In very rare cases bees or wasp strings dangerous, such as when the victim is attacked by a group of bees or wasps or the victim is allergic to it. You must try the medical aids in that case.

A serious allergic response to bees or wasp twinge can recognised from

  • A blotchy result
  • Swelling of the lips and the face
  • Hard to breath
  • Possible vomitting or diarrhoea
  • The heart will function more badly
  • The blood pressures decreases
  • Sometimes the patient can lose consciousness

If this happens you must call an ambulance and rush to the hospital.
