The understanding of skin lymphomas has lead to thelymph node based lymphomas. Cutaneous lymphomas can be divided into – T and B cell lineage, with T cell lymphomas the most common. Thesekind of lymphomas are relatively rare. It has lots of variants among which mycosis fungoides is very common and sometimes has been used to describe all cutaneous T cell lymphomas (CTCL).
There are a few skin rashes which have been classified under CTCL have an unpredictable behavior with an increased risk of progression to lymphoma. These rashes called parapsoriasis have been broadly divided into small and large plaque parapsoriasis.
The name derives from the clinical appearance of these scaly rashes which resemble psoriasis. These rashes were chronic conditions and relatively resistant to therapy. Finally, there are many skin diseases which have been classified as pseudolymphomas.

What would a lymphoma related rash look like? Where on my body would it be? I am probably paranoid – but any info would help.
The Itch is much more commonly associated with Hodgkin’s Disease than Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. You could have it with N-HL, it’s just not as common as in Hodgkin’s Disease. There are also certain skin kinds of lymphoma which could definitely cause a rash.
Run it by your oncologist and see what heshe says. Many, many non-cancerous things could cause your itching and rash.
Consult a doctor. He / She may suggest you to treat your rash with some hydrocortisone cream for a couple weeks.If the rash is simple, it will vanish soon. But if you have a fever or getting night sweats or having severe itching – Time to see your doctor soon.
